Consultations are required for new clients. Communication is key. If you are new, please note there will be a 10–20-minute preservice consultation.

Service Menu Pricing

SBC currently has a two-tier pricing structure. Pricing will be based on the level of stylists booked.

SBC base prices are listed. Some service pricing may vary depending on the length of hair, the thickness of hair, the time required, and the products used to complete your service.

If your service requires additional fees, your stylist will inform you prior to starting the process.

Invoices for salon services are expected to be paid upon completion of the service. Failure to pay for services can lead to criminal charges. Some services may require a deposit or pre-payment for Hair with Extension service appointments.

SBC service pricing is subject to change at any time.

Satisfaction

We do not offer refunds on products or services. All sales on products are final, and it is always our goal to meet all expectations. If you have concerns about your service, please address them immediately with your stylist and/or write an email within 24-48 hours of your service. Please include a photo or photos with your concern. We will address all issues and set up a consultation for correction with the stylist who performed your service or a senior-level stylist if needed. Valid corrections will be taken care of at no additional charge.

Cancellation – No Show

At SBC we will always do our best to honor our schedule and your time, though as business goes, there are times when we may have to push your appointment back a few minutes. We understand when there are uncontrolled circumstances that may arise, and we ask that if you need to be a few minutes late you call. If needed, please reschedule. We have notifications that come to you via text/email reminding you 48 hours and 24 hours before your appointment. If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us a minimum of 24-hour advance notice so that we can schedule someone on our waiting list.

In certain situations, we may require a credit card on file to secure your appointment. If you call within the 24-hour period to cancel, there could be a 25% charge, if you no-show there could be a 50% charge of services scheduled.

Each stylist within SBC may have a variation in their cancellation/no-show policy.

Product

All product sales are final, with no refunds.
